Our aim on corporate, social and environmental responsibility is not to comply with basic standards but to stretch beyond them. We regard responsible behavior and good management of our company’s social and environmental impact as the central factor for developing sustainable operations for our clients, colleagues, shareholders and society. This mindset is also crucial for maintaining a talented and motivated workforce, for evaluating and selecting suppliers and partners and for building a long-term offer.
We have developed and regularly enhance our own Code of Conduct covering social, environmental, safety, health, management, behavioral and workplace issues. Although based on recommendations and guidelines from renowned organiations such as BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative), ILO (International Labour Organisation), ISO (International Standards Organisation) or SA (Social Act), the driving force behind the continuous improvement of our Code of Conduct is our own philosophy and corporate culture.
We strictly follow our Code of Conduct internally and enforce it at our sub-contractors. We are ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certified. Consult our Code of Conduct, our internal guideline and the benchmark for our suppliers’ evaluations.
